Check-in and check-out

From what time can I check in?

You can check in from 3 pm to 7 pm.

Until what time can I check out?

You must check-out by 11:00 am.

My flight arrives at the end of the night; is it possible to check in at a late hour?

Although we don't have a 24h reception, our team is available to organize late check-in, just contact us and we'll speed it up. You can therefore check-in at a late hour without any problems.

My flight arrives first thing in the morning; is it possible to check in early?

Please note that check-in must be done any time after 3 pm. To ensure that it is possible to check in at an earlier time, you must book the night before or contact us the day before arrival so that we can check this possibility. However, if there are rooms available at the time of your arrival, it will be possible to check-in earlier. You can also leave your luggage for free storage.

My flight leaves at the end of the day; is it possible to check out late?

If you wish to retain your room after 11:00 am, please contact the hotel reception. All rooms/houses are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Is there wireless internet in the hotel?

There is free wireless Internet throughout the hotel.

Is breakfast included with the room?

A breakfast with Alentejo bread, local delicacies and organic ingredients is included in the price of any of our accommodation types. Breakfast is served between 09:00 and 11:00. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know. If you need to check out before breakfast time, just inform reception the day before so we can arrange a take-away breakfast.

Is there a meal service?

You can use our meal service to order a light meal during the day. However, if what you want is to experience a real stay on the hill and its rural rhythms, we suggest that you book a typical Alentejo meal to be delivered to your home. This service is subject to reservation. Contact reception for more information.

Is there a laundry service?

Yes and any laundry or dry cleaning requests can be arranged with a partner. Subject to availability. Applied cost. Contact reception.

Is there a transfer service?

We can book a transfer to and from Lisbon airport, Faro or to Funcheira or Santa-Clara/Sabóia train station, at an additional cost. The service must be booked in advance, otherwise we will not be able to schedule an appointment with our partners.

Are pets allowed?

As a hotel located inside an agricultural estate in operation, of course we welcome your four-legged friends. However, so that all our guests can enjoy a peaceful environment, we only allow small pets (up to a maximum of 15 kg) in our homes only, at an additional cost. Please contact us if you wish to bring your pet with you.

Can I order a bunch of flowers if I want to surprise someone?

The hotel reception will be happy to help you with anything you need. If you want to order a bunch of flowers or a bottle of champagne or book a picnic to surprise someone, our team is always available.

Does the hotel have a massage service?

Yes, we have a massage service subject to appointment. You must contact reception to make an appointment.

Are there activities or areas for children?

Our hotel welcomes all its guests, including the little ones. A little tree house, located in the heart of the hill, awaits the visit of the children and our sheep (Mónica, Joana and Frederica) and the little donkey (Benny) love to receive carrots and parties from everyone.

Are there activities around the hotel?

Yes. We work in a network and have partners with various activities. From boat trips, surf lessons, guided hikes, horseback riding, among others. Contact reception for more information and to book.

The hotel has parking?

Yes, the hotel has free outdoor parking.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or change your reservation, free of charge, up to 10 days before the first day of your stay. If you cancel your booking after this time, the full amount of the booking will be charged. In case of no show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged. Any cancellation must be requested via email info@montedozambujeiro.com or monte@montedozambujeiro.com . This cancellation policy may undergo changes in special programs/packages, which will have their own conditions.

How can I change a reservation?
