Hotel policies:
We are a hotel for non smokers . Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
We are a family friendly hotel.
Extra beds:
0-2 years : free (ask and always inform the hotel 24 hours in advance)
3-11: 20€/night
12: 40€/night
Pet friendly:
We are a pet-friendly hotel ( upon request, subject to authorization and confirmation and fees to be applied accordingly (25€/animal/night).
Our 4-legged guests stay in the houses with the owners and have a blanket, 2 bowls and a welcome snack available.
To keep everyone happy, we've created the following rules:
- Dogs and Cats are not allowed in the common social areas, swimming pool, restaurant and breakfast area.
- Avoid your animal barking as much as possible, and it is also not allowed to leave the animal more than 2 hours in the villa/house without supervision;
- Owners must collect any "deposit" left by their pet;
- Upon check-in, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver and a deposit of €300 will be required to cover any damages that may be detected by our housekeeper after check-out.
Maximum 2 per villa. It is not allowed in the suite area.

100% billed in non-refundable rates

Standard rate:
10 days before arrival - free cancellation
less than 10 days - lose 50% deposit
no-show - 100% will be charged
Non refundable:
100% charged on booking and non-refundable
